If an item is damaged during shipping, Otago Artisan Market will take full responsibility for the cost, as all packing and shipping are handled by us.
When delivering products to Otago Artisan Market, items must be provided in packaging ready for storage. I will unpack the items as needed to take photos and record measurements before repackaging for storage until a sale is made.

Payments for sold items will be made to stallholders on a bi-weekly basis.
A sales report detailing the number of sales, products sold, and stock levels will be provided each month.
